About
There is no one right way to make a life work.
Some people move easily through routines, deadlines, transitions and conventional systems. Others can hold an extraordinary amount of complexity, creativity, responsibility and vision — and still find themselves wondering why seemingly simple things can feel so hard.
I'm interested in that gap. I work with adults who usually know roughly where they want to go, but find that the getting there is where things come apart.
More broadly, I'm interested in what helps people do well — not in some ideal version of life, but in the lives we're actually living. I've spent a lot of my life wondering why some circumstances bring out the best in us while others make it much harder to get at what we know we're capable of. That question is what took me through biology, business and organizational culture, and eventually into ADHD coaching.
So rather than starting with what you should be doing differently, we get curious about how you actually work: your attention, energy, environment, relationships, routines, transitions, and everything competing for your capacity.
From there we build routines, structures and supports that fit the person and the life — instead of asking the person to keep fitting the system.
My work draws on ADHD and executive-function coaching, and on what's known about attention, motivation and how habits actually form. I try to be honest about where that understanding is solid and where it isn't. Mostly I'm interested in how these ideas show up in ordinary life: parenting, work, relationships, creativity, leadership and the slow business of building something that matters to you.
I also hold an MBA, which shapes the way I work with entrepreneurs and people bringing ideas into the world. I'm comfortable moving between the human and the practical — between What matters to you? and How are we actually going to make this work?
Change that lasts is more likely to come from curiosity, self-understanding, connection and small experiments than from shame or force of will.
