ADHD coaching in Victoria, BC.

ADHD coaching for adults. We look at what’s helping, what’s getting in the way, and what might make it easier to do the things that matter to you.

What we work on

We start from where you are now and work out what would actually help. Not a system to follow — practical things you can try, built around how you work.

  • Starting things, and finishing them
  • Planning, prioritizing and time
  • Making a career or business decision
  • Finding the right amount of structure
  • The gap between intention and action

In-person in Victoria. Virtual across BC.

In-person

Sessions in Victoria, on the South Island. Some people find it easier to think alongside another person in the room, particularly early on.

Virtual

Online sessions by video or phone, anywhere in British Columbia. For a lot of people this is simply the easier thing to fit into a week.

Who this is for

Adults with ADHD

Diagnosed, self-identified, or somewhere in between. We start from where you are rather than from a checklist.

People running something

Business owners and freelancers, where nobody else is holding the structure. We work out what structure is worth having.

Parents with ADHD

Managing your own ADHD while raising kids is its own thing. We can look at both, without the shame.

Common questions

Do I need a formal ADHD diagnosis?

No. Some clients are formally diagnosed, some are self-identified, and some are partway through being assessed. We start from where you are.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes — virtual sessions are available across British Columbia. Many clients work with me virtually from elsewhere on the Island or in the Lower Mainland.

How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?

Therapy often looks at why things are the way they are. Coaching looks at what's happening now and what you'd like to be different, and works on practical ways to get there. Plenty of people do both.

How many sessions will I need?

It varies. Some people come with something specific in mind and are done in a couple of months. Others keep going because having a regular conversation is itself part of what makes things work. There's no minimum commitment.

What does coaching cost?

Pricing is on the coaching page.
